CLAYTON A village couple is facing charges of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property for allegedly selling a car stereo system that was stolen in a garage burglary, according to state police.
Jason A. Harvey, 32, and Joy M. Owens, 28, both of 916 Strawberry Lane, are summoned to Clayton Town Court. An investigator said the stereo unit, valued at $450, was sold for $160. It was stolen between Dec. 10 and 12 from a garage in Redwood, the investigator said.
The investigation is continuing.
