MARTINSBURG A Greig man was accused of drug possession following a Monday night traffic stop on Route 26 in the town of Martinsburg.
Lewis County sheriffs deputies charged Justin R. King, 27, 5402 Greig Road, with two counts apiece of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and having a controlled substance in a non-original container and a single count of unlawful possession of marijuana, answerable in Martinsburg Town Court.
A search by police dog Wyman led to the discovery that Mr. King, a passenger in the vehicle, was in possession of Vicodin, alprazolam and marijuana, deputies said.
State police assisted with the stop.
