George M. Fears Jr., 28, address not available, was arrested early Friday after city police alleged he ignored stay-away terms of a City Court order of protection.

Police said he was at his former residence, the home of Divya Fears, 30, of 311 State St., Apt. 3, at 2:40 a.m. The protection order was issued after he was arrested Aug. 31 on charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief in an incident involving Mrs. Fears. Prosecution is still pending in that case.
