City police early Friday morning arrested a woman who allegedly bit a man’s arm and grabbed his cellphone as he attempted to call for help.

Angela M. O’Riley, 36, of 344 Winslow St., Apt. 3, was charged with harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief and was detained to await arraignment in City Court.

The incident occurred shortly before 3:30 a.m. in the apartment she shares with the victim, Caleb M. Main, 35, police said.
