Mary Elizabeth Box “Joan Marie Benzoni”, 82 of Galloway, Tennessee died on January 8, 2013 at Galloway Health Care. Ms. Box was born on July 10, 1930 at Marked Tree, Arkansas to the late Luther and Elizabeth Green. Ms. Box was a Christian, raised in Ogdensburg, New York, a nurse for 25 years, enjoyed taking care of other people, doing genealogy and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Survivors include: two sons: Wallace Box, Jr. and wife Denise of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Hollis Box and wife Carolyn of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; six grandchildren: Tim Box, Chris Box, Jennifer Mangrum, Terie Box, Dalton Box and Miranda Box; eleven great grandchildren; one great granddaughter and a host of other family and friends.

Ms. Box was preceded in death by her parents; two sons: Terry Box and Tim Box; and eleven siblings.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Bassett Cemetery with Bro. Eddie Stanford officiating. Pallbearers: Hollis Box, Wallace Box, Trea Browder, Tim Box, Chris Box and Jason Mangrum. Under the direction of Faith Funeral Service, Manila, Arkansas.
