MASSENA — Alan G. Bigwarfe, 45, of 3 Clark St., Apt. 6, was charged with petit larceny after turning himself in to village police at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

He is accused of stealing several cases of beer from Laneuville Groceries & Bottle Center, 301 E. Orvis St., where he worked, and is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court.
