FOWLER — Raymond W. Simmons, 41, Natural Bridge, was charged by state police with criminal trespass at 2:22 p.m. Friday.

Mr. Simmons is accused of entering a garage in the town of Fowler in an attempt to repossess a piece of property that he believed was his. Police said he entered the garage without permission.

He is scheduled to appear in Fowler Town Court.
