POTSDAM — A Massachusetts teen faces charges after Potsdam police say they found him in possession of a fake Pennsylvania driver’s license following a traffic stop.

Scott S. Barrows, 18, Millbury, Mass., was pulled over by officers at 2:11 a.m. Sunday on Park Street. He was charged with third-degree possession of a forged instrument.
