MALONE - The OFA Wrestling received wins in their first three matches to cruised to a 62-12 win over Malone on Wednesday evening.

The Huskies were hindered by seven forfeits including OFA forfeit wins by Austin Lalonde (120), Bailey Phelps (145), Cody Allen-Davis (160), Andrew Cole (170), Alex Cox (182), Justin Pratt (195), and Brody Sheppard (99).

Josh Wangler won a 9-6 decision over Austin Learned for OFA at 126. Glynn Breen followed with a technical fall win over Travis Beach at 132.

Nathan Sarkin earned a quick pin at 54 seconds over Joe Juarez at 285. Tanner LaPiene, nursing an injury, figured in a pin over Cameron Searles in 3:05 at 106.

Christian Fountain of Malone won a decision by pin over OFA’s Tyler Eaton at 138 in the fourth bout of the evening.

Gouverneur 72, Clifton-Fine 0: Arden Ball, Martin Countryman, Mike Mandigo, Zachary Forysthe and Robbie Bell posted falls for Wildcats.

Massena 69, Canton 10: Jaret Warriner, Joe Ferrara, Cameron Tarbell, Nolan Terrance, Skyler Cameron, Landon Laughin, Isiah Perry. and Dan Elman scored pins for Massena.

Nate Moose recorded Canton’s lone pin.
