TURIN — Troy Wilson registered a triple-double of 32 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists as the Lyme boys basketball team beat South Lewis, 68-53, in a Frontier League crossover game Wednesday night.

Darius Reed chipped in with 16 points, 10 rebounds and six assists for the Indians (10-3 overall, 9-3 league). Forrest Stafford had seven points and 12 rebounds.

Shawn Loomis paced the Falcons (8-6, 7-6) with 20 points. Dylan Marolf added 11 points.

THOUSAND ISLANDS 71, ALEXANDRIA 40

Reed Donnelly generated 23 points, including four 3-point goals, and six assists during the Vikings’ crossover victory over the Purple Ghosts at Clayton.

Quincy Aubertine supplied 12 points for Thousand Islands (10-2).

Ian Kearns scored 15 points, and Zach Heschke added nine points for Alexandria (3-10, 2-9).

SANDY CREEK 63, LAFARGEVILLE 42

Tyler Swarthout posted a double-double of 18 points and 11 rebounds and the Comets downed the Red Knights in crossover play at Sandy Creek.

Cameron Hall contributed 17 points for Sandy Creek (6-5).

Eric Doolittle paced LaFargeville (1-11) with 17 points.

SACKETS HARBOR 43, LOWVILLE 40

Zach Rousseau scored 15 points, grabbed nine rebounds and made five blocked shots as the Patriots secured a crossover victory in Lowville.

Josh Keruski added 11 points for Sackets Harbor (8-5, 7-5).

Kyle Malik scored a game-high 16 points for the Red Raiders (5-7, 6-7).

Brian O’Connor chipped in with 10 points for Lowville.

GENERAL BROWN 70, APW 50

Joe Simoneau scored a game-high 16 points to spark the Lions to a “B” Division victory in Dexter. Austin Giruzzi contributed 15 points for General Brown (2-9, 2-10).

Rob Pickeral chipped in with 13 points, five rebounds and six assists for the Lions.

Aaron Marshall scored 15 points to lead the Rebels (5-7).

GIRLS BASKETBALL

COPENHAGEN 51, BEAVER RIVER 24

Logan Wheeler contributed 15 points and three assists as the Golden Knights secured a Frontier League crossover victory at Copenhagen.

Erika Eddy chipped in with 10 points and four rebounds for Copenhagen (9-3, 8-2).

Abigail Cornell scored 12 points for Beaver River (2-9).

OFA 60, CARTHAGE 47

Felicia Barr scored 18 points to pace the host Blue Devils to a nonleague victory in Ogdensburg. Jocelyn Fifield added 17 points for Ogdensburg Free Academy (9-4).

Zakiya Saunders scored a game-high 27 points for the Comets (6-6) and totaled five rebounds, four assists and five steals. Kendra Bates added 10 points for Carthage.

HOCKEY

MASSENA 2, SALMON RIVER 1 (OT)

Zach Robert scored on a rebound of a shot by Grayson Phillips with 69 seconds left in overtime to lead the Red Raiders (8-5-1, 5-2-1) to an NAC Division I victory in Massena.

Tyler Young scored a goal in the first period for Massena, and Nate Smoke answered three minutes later for the Shamrocks (1-8-2, 0-5-2).

OFA 6, ISLANDERS 0

John Taylor notched a pair of goals as the Blue Devils blanked the Islanders in a Northern Athletic Conference game in Alexandria Bay.

Jake Garrison and Zach Barr each provided a goal and an assist for Ogdensburg Free Academy (6-3-1, 6-1-1). David Prudhomme gained the shutout by making 20 saves.

Miles Kearns made 21 saves for the Islanders (4-6-2, 2-6-1).

CANTON 4, TUPPER LAKE 0

Jon Stone made 18 saves as the Golden Bears shut out the Lumberjacks (1-10-1, 0-8) during an interdivision game in Canton.

E.J. Curtis scored two goals for Canton (3-7-2, 1-2-2).

NORWOOD-NORFOLK 3, MALONE 1

Zeb Brown scored the first two goals of the game to help give the Flyers (7-6, 5-4) a Division II victory in Norfolk.

Kyler Head scored for the Huskies (6-5-1, 3-4-1).

WRESTLING

GOUVERNEUR 72, CLIFTON-FINE 0

Gouverneur recorded five pins in a shutout of Clifton-Fine (0-9, 0-6) in Star Lake.

Arden Ball (160 pounds), Martin Countryman (170), Mike Mandigo (285), Zachary Forsythe (126) and Robbie Bell (145) won by pin for the Wildcats (8-3, 6-0).

MASSENA 69, CANTON 10

The Red Raiders used eight pins to defeat the Golden Bears (3-11, 3-4) in Massena.

Jaret Warriner (160), Joe Ferrara (182), Cameron Tarbell (220), Nolan Terrance (280), Skyler Cameron (113), Landon Laughlin (132), Isaiah Perry (138), Dan Elman (145) and Nate Moose (170) registed the pins for Massena (10-3, 5-2).

OFA 62, MALONE 12

Nate Sarkin (285) and Tanner Lapiene (106) won by pin to lead the Blue Devils (8-7, 4-1) past the Huskies in Malone. Christian Fountain (138) recorded a pin for the Huskies (3-11, 1-6).
