HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged William A. Hardy, 35, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment at 10:14 a.m. Thursday. Police said Hardy was served a criminal summons after he struck another individual during a confrontation at his residence.
FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Alexander F. Johnson, 26, of Potsdam for following too closely at 5 p.m. Thursday following a property damage accident on Market Street. Police said Johnson rearended another vehicle.
