Keith T. Booker, 41, of 722 W. Main St., Apt. 3, was arrested Saturday by Watertown police on a charge of falsely reporting an incident.

He was arraigned before part-time City Judge Catherine J. Palermo and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $250 bail.

Mr. Booker was accused of, in the early morning hours of Tuesday, reporting to Jefferson County dispatch that Keith J. Brennan had cut his wrists, causing emergency responders to be sent to 111 E. Lynde St. However, Mr. Brennan had not actually done so and did not require medical attention, police said.
