■ GOUVERNEUR — A water main break in an alley between Main Street and Trinity Avenue on Tuesday could cause low pressure throughout parts of the village and in areas of the town with village water service.

■ SANDY CREEK — The Town Council and village Board of Trustees will discuss an intermunicipal agreement for the town’s Water District 2 at a special meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 20 at the Town Hall, 1992 Harwood Drive.
