If you ever wondered if you are a descendant of a Revolutionary War patriot, the LeRay de Chaumont chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution is offering assistance.

The chapter will host a free genealogical workshop for prospective members and chapter officers from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday on the second floor of Flower Memorial Library, 229 Washington St. Guests will have the opportunity to work with an experienced genealogist to investigate lineal descent from a Revolutionary ancestor.
