Jacoby C. Smith, 22, of 19226 Route 11, was charged Tuesday by city police with petit larceny, and faces prosecution in City Court.

He is accused of stealing a PlayStation 3 video game system and three games, valued in all at $180, on Oct. 30 from the home of Brian J. Springstead, 117 High St., according to police. He also has action pending in town of Watertown Court on a charge of possessing stolen property, lodged in October.
