GRAND LARCENY - POTSDAM - Village police charged Stacey S. Riley, 37, of Wilmington, N.C., with fourth-degree grand larceny and three counts of petit larceny at 2:03 a.m. Saturday on Mayfield Drive. Police alleged Riley stole a debit card and a cell phone. Police said Riley then used the stolen debit card on two different occasions at an ATM in the village of Potsdam. She was arraigned by Potsdam Village Justice Nicholas Pignone and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

1212 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue to a call

1456 Received a report of a phone scam in which a subject reports being from Microsoft Windows and wanting computer information.

1545 Traffic stop initiated and warning given.

1625 Dispatched Potsdam Rescue’s Norwood Unit to a call.

1626 A patrol responded to Cherry Street to assist with a property dispute.

1835 Assisted an individual in putting a dog in the shelter.

1910 A patrol responded to a motor vehicle accident in the Seacomm Plaza.

1935 A subject entered the station and states she is being harassed by her neighbor.

2051 Received report of property lost in the village.

2208 PPD performed a welfare check on an individual.

2302 Patrol located damaged property in parking lot located off of Munson Street.
