AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - BROOKDALE - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Eric S. Angeloni, 26, of 1922 County Route 49, Winthrop, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an investigation into a property damage accident Thursday on Pickle Street in the town of Stockholm. Deputies said Angeloni was attempting to back out of a driveway when he struck another vehicle. He was released on an appearance ticket for Stockholm Town Court.
