A city woman was charged by state police with two misdemeanor counts Sunday, bringing to 13 the number of charges pending against her.

Terrah K. Frederick, 24, of 339 Arlington St., was arraigned Monday before town of Watertown Justice David A. Renzi on charges of petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. She was released on $1,500 bail.

Troopers charged Ms. Frederick in the alleged theft of an iPhone on Jan. 2 in Watertown, and in the subsequent attempt to sell it in the town of Pamelia, according to documents filed with the court. The theft victim is identified by state police as Laura Brady, Watertown.

The same charges also were filed by state police against Christina L. Frederick, 26, who is listed as having the same address. She was not arraigned, and is ordered to appear in court at a later date.

Terrah Frederick was arrested on Jan. 13 by city police on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in connection with a domestic fight, as well as on single counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and harassment.

Also pending against her are the felonies of fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records lodged in November in an alleged $1,400 embezzlement, and two counts of felony criminal contempt and two violations of harassment stemming from domestic incidents in November and December 2011.

Christina Frederick is the victim in the Jan. 13 charges, and in the November and December 2011 incidents.
