WEST CARTHAGE Jacklyn D. Plantz, 25, of 216 S. Clinton St., Carthage, was arrested Monday afternoon after state police say she poured milk on a mans head, locked herself in his company truck and helped herself to cash in his wallet.
She is charged with harassment, petit larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle. West Carthage Village Justice Delmar House set bail at $250, sending her to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown.
Police said Jeffrey Sheltray, Selos Road, Carthage, was in the house at 35309 Jackson II Road in the town of Champion, representing Farrell Gas Co., when he got doused with milk. The homeowner then ordered Ms. Plantz to leave the house, and she got into Mr. Sheltrays company truck and locked the doors, police said. Finding Mr. Sheltrays wallet in the truck, she removed cash from it and tucked it into her bra, police said.
She was still in the truck when a trooper responded to the complaint, police said.
