NORFOLK– Travis M. Chase, 22, of 59 S. Main St., Norfolk was charged with felony criminal mischief by state police Thursday.

Mr. Chase allegedly vandalized a car belonging to Joshua Smith, of Norfolk, with spray paint on Sept. 17.

He is scheduled to appear in Massena Town Court.
