Howard Rowes Fast Forward features trombonists Chichester and Nathan Moose, as well as senior pianist Felix Grimberg. Slowing things down will be A Matter of Time, a beautiful piece by Crane School of Musics jazz director Brett Zvacek. Next is the latin-flavored Little Sunflower, written by Freddie Hubbard and arranged by Paul Murtha, and finishing the high school set, the old classic Johnny Warrington arrangement of W.C. Handys St. Louis Blues, with senior William Baker-Hastings featured on trumpet.
Finally, the two bands will combine to play Friend Like Me from Aladdin and an arrangement of Y.M.C.A., made famous by The Village People.
