CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Village police charged Narissa N. Secore, 21, of 187 Center St., Apt. 3, Massena, with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute at her residence. She reportedly struck Robert Knepp in the shoulder with a metal pot during the argument at 8 p.m. Sunday and stomped on his glasses when she saw them on the floor after he left the apartment. Secore said she got upset with her boyfriend after he accused her of cheating on him. “I got mad, and I picked up a pan and hit him in the shoulder. Ginger (Knepp) kept running his mouth so I punched him in the face with a closed fist,” she said, noting he responded by slapping her in the face.

She said her cousin and a friend came to the apartment, intervened and had Mr. Knepp leaving the apartment with him. “I saw that Ginger’s (prescription) glasses were on the floor, where Ginger had been standing, so I went and stomped on them.
