POTSDAM — Robert H. Scott, 43, of 19 County Road 57, Stockholm, was charged with driving while intoxicated by the New York State Police at 9:44 p.m. Friday evening.

Mr. Scott was stopped on U.S. 11 for failure to signal and failure to keep right.

State police said Mr. Scott had a blood alcohol content of .17
