MASSENA — Chad W. Amo, 33, of 52 Grove Street, Massena was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right by Massena Village police at 2:23 a.m. Saturday.

Mr. Amo was stopped on Main Street for failing to keep right.

The village police did not have Mr. Amo’s blood alcohol content Saturday afternoon. He has been issued an appearance ticket for later this month.
