LITTERING - POTSDAM - Village police charged Rachael Griffin, 23, of Potsdam with littering and open container violation

an at 2:22 a.m. Sunday on Market Street. Police said Griffin was observed walking on Market Street with an open container and then threw the open container on the ground when she saw patrols.

UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Daniel P. Lenney, 30, of Potsdam with an unnecessary noise - music violation at 2:40a.m. Sunday on Market Street after patrols responded to a complaint of music being played at an unreasonable level at a Market Street apartment.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Brian Davis, 25, of Potsdam with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:50p.m. Sunday on Market Street after patrols responded to a domestic disturbance. Davis was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police said their investigation is continuing, and further charges are pending stemming from the domestic dispute.

CELL PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Tyquane T. Stobbs of the Bronxfor using an electronic mobile device while operating a motor vehicle at 4:12 a.m. Sunday following a minor personal injury accident on Pierrepont Avenue.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Taylor R. Faiella, 19, of Holbrook for operation of a vehicle with inadequate head lamps at 9:49 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Market Street.
