PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Canton-based state police charged Henna L. LaMar, 27, of Potsdam with petit larceny Tuesday afternoon following an investigation into an incident rported at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 6 from the villag eof Canton.
BURGLARY - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Sasha S. Monroe, 23, of Norfolk with third-degree burglary Tuesday following an investigation into an incident reported at 9:41 a.m. Feb. 7 from the town of Norfolk. She was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. Jeremy S. Monroe, 30, of Norfolk was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property in connection with that same investigation.
FELONY DWI - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Philip F. Saxby, 54, of Massena with a felony count of driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles that he had changed his addresss following a traffic stop at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday at a state Route 37 rest area in the town of Louisville.
PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday on the Old Potsdam Parishville Road, near the Chapel Road, in the town of Parishville.
