William R.B. Dick, 22, of 237 N. Rutland St., was arrested early Wednesday by Watertown police on a charge of unlawfully dealing with a child, and is due for arraignment in City Court.

He is charged in an incident early Feb. 3, when an officer was sent to his residence to investigate a noise complaint. Police said the officer determined that Mr. Dick provided an alcoholic beverage to a 14-year-old girl.
