Joshua D. Mantle, 24, of Room 9, Fort Drum Studiotel, 24097 Route 12, was charged by state police Wednesday night with the felony of third-degree criminal mischief, and is ordered to appear in town of Watertown Court.

Police said he is accused of causing damage in a room at Studiotel. No other information was available.
