WADDINGTON – The town plans to unveil its new website by the end of the month.
Town Clerk Carol A. Burns is working with the village officials to create a more modern website.
The updated version will include information not available on the current website.
Information about the towns zoning code, planning board applications, agendas, and budget information will be available, Mrs. Burns said Monday.
The town will also include a link to the Town Historian, Planning Board, Code Enforcement Office, Chamber of Commerce, and the village and town of Waddington offices.
The new website will be completed in time for the St. Lawrence River Showdown in August. Visitors will be able to use the site to scout nearby eateries and businesses, as well as the history and photos of Waddington.
Mrs. Burns said she is also looking for pictures to be posted on the websites slide show.
The new website address will be waddintonny.com, and should be available by the end of the month.
