Tammy L. Petrie, 48, of 186 Mitchell Rd, Heuvelton, was ticketed for failure to stop at a red light on the corner of State and Canton streets at 1:55 p.m. Wednesday. The ticket is returnable to city court at 8:30 p.m. March 1, city police said.
