To The Editor:

Again this year, Massena Meals on Wheels was able to bring a smile to faces of our 96 recipients with a fresh fruit arrangement for Valentine’s Day.

These smiles would not have been possible if not for the generosity of our local Price Chopper (Kelly in Produce) and their donation of apples and bananas. The oranges we were provided came from the charity of Henry Paul and Vickie Czyz.

Volunteers Pam Barclay and Theresa VanBilliard spent the afternoon getting the fruit ready for delivery.

Let’s not forget our forever giving volunteers who hand delivered each arrangement.

Thanks again to everyone involved in making this Valentine’s special.
