Modified the PY12 Workforce Investment Act budget.

Authorized the chairman to sign a contract accepting the Traffic Safety Program grant 2012-2013 for Community Services.

Abandoned sections of County Route 27, town of Clare.

Abandoned section of County Route 36, town of Louisville.

Authorized the county Department of Highways to reallocate 2013 capital projects appropriations.

Approved standard federal aid highway and Marchiselli aid project agreement for preliminary engineering and right-of-way of Hewittville Road over the Raquette River.

Modified the 2013 Office of Emergency Services budget to roll over unspent grant money for grants from the state Office of Homeland Security.

Modified the 2013 Office of Emergency Services budget to roll over unspent fund from reimbursement from SUNY Canton.

Modified the Office of Emergency Services budget to accept reimbursement from Kunoco Oil.

Authorized the closure of a capital project for the county website project and moved remaining funds to the Board of Legislators budget for the website and modified the 2013 Board of Legislators budget.

Encouraged and supported Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s proposal of increasing the state minimum wage.

Agreed to rent space to the Children’s Home of Jefferson County.

Agreed to evaluate suggestions from the state comptroller’s office for potential savings.

Appointed Sandra Worden, Parishville, to the Professional Advisory Committee of the Public Health Department.

Reappointed Samuel Bastian, Canton, and Michele Montroy, Heuvelton, to the Mental Health Subcommittee.

Reappointed Richard Daddario, Massena; Donald J. Hooper, Ogdensburg, and Ryan P. Schermerhorn, Gouverneur, to the Workforce Investment Board.
