CHAUMONT — Martin P. Ludlow, 37, of 11163 Route 12, was accused Thursday evening of stealing a ladder worth $100 from a storage shed behind Nice N Easy, Route 12E, according to state police.

He is summoned to town of Lyme Court to face a charge of petit larceny.
