To The Editor:

I’m calling out to all our neighbors in Massena who are with us on this unity that is effecting this world over our Mother Earth.

For so many people that are mad over this issue that don’t understand due to something that struck with nation so fast for there to be no time for education on the matter. I ask that you join in this fight due to the effect of the outcome on this bill, C-45, that will allow non Natives to buy Native lands and will allow for protection on over 2 million lakes, 8,500 rivers and over 200 hundred streams.

Why is it that people could be mad over protecting some of our last fresh water sources that will be gone before our future generation will get to enjoy them?

I stand against this boycott on Massena only cuz I know how elected officials can’t speak for everyone. Our time of living near each other and being divided ends today.

Our calling is to join as not just U.S and Canada or what county, state, town or even what city we live in. It’s about protecting what lands are left untouched by man’s industrial war on money and greed and doing what ever they can do to try and kill our Mother. She is crying for our help and need her children, no matter our color, to stand up and say we have had enough and we will not be idle no more on the destruction that has been going on.

If global warming isn’t enough to wake us up and come together then what is I feel a deep feeling that our fighting should be over and not remain in our hearts no longer while we fight with each other. She is dying.

I took on this movement cuz I was willing to do what has to be done to keep the peace and that is how I will remain. This fight will remain in the people’s hands and is about us coming together.
