Madrid-Ann Marie Sheets Morley 45, of Pork St. Madrid, passed away peacefully Thursday morning surrounded by her loving family and Hospice. Ann is survived by her husband Robert A. Morley and her two children; Michael J.

Sheets of Madrid, NY and daughter Misty-Dawn N. Whalen of Madrid, NY and a step daughter Christy L. and husband Sean Jarvis of Alabama, also surviving Ann is her brother David and wife Susan Sheets of Madrid, two nieces Nicole Laforce and Jessica Sheets of Madrid, great nephew Connor and great niece Chloe Laforce, a brother and sister in-law, George and Lorre Tulip, and close friends Sarah, Sally and Barb Whalen. Ann was born August 25, 1967 in Massena to James and Alma (Wilson) Sheets. She attended Madrid-Waddington High School and went on to graduate in 1987, where she continued her education studying nursing at Northwest Tech BOCES in Ogdensburg. Later Ann went to work for Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley for a short time. Ann later went on to work for Health Services of Northern New York. Ann married her soulmate on August 9, 2003, on the banks of the St.

Lawrence River in Waddington. Ann enjoyed spending time with her family, her animals and she enjoyed traveling. Friends and family may call on Phillips Memorial Home, Waddington from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Waddington United Methodist Church with Pastor Helen Beck officiating and Pastor Patricia Page. Interment will take place in Brookside Cemetery at the family’s convenience. Memorial contributions may be left to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley or SPCA of Potsdam, NY.
