The engagement of Elizabeth A. Cudlipp, Colton, and Colby A. Foster, Norwood, is announced by Miss Cudlipp’s mother, Sally A. Charleson, Colton, and sister, Sarah J. Cudlipp, Colton.

Miss Cudlipp graduated in 2007 from Colton-Pierrepont Central School, Colton, and in 2011 from Clarkson University, Potsdam, with a bachelor’s degree. She is working on a doctorate of physical therapy degree at Clarkson University.

Mr. Foster, son of Amanda S. and Brian D. Foster, Norwood, graduated in 2006 from Norwood-Norfolk Central School, Norwood. He is a machinist at Fockler Industries, Massena.

A September wedding is planned.
