DEKALB - Megan A. Rogers, 30, of Turtle Street, Syracuse, was charged with numerous driving-related offenses by state police at 6:05 p.m. Friday.
Ms. Rogers was stopped for unsafe passing, moving from a lane unsafely and following too close on Route 11, Dekalb. She was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.
She was also driving with a suspended license, according to troopers, leading to a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
She is scheduled to appear in Canton Town Court.
