MASSENA - A 15-year old Massena boy was charged with petit larceny by state police at 6 p.m. Friday.

He allegedly stole his grandfather’s fentanyl patches, which are used as painkillers but can also be narcotic and habit-forming if misused.

The boy is scheduled to appear in St. Lawrence County Family Court.
