LOWVILLE — Theresa L. Smith, 35, of Number Three Road, died Saturday morning at home, under the care of her family and Lewis County Hospice.

A prayer service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, at Iseneker Funeral Home Inc., Lowville.
