Ogdensburg police ticketed William C. Cota, 82, of 165 McIlwee Rd., at 2:44 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Ford Street Extension and Joseph Brandy Drive for unsafe passing following a two car motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.

Police ticketed Kyle W. Streeter, 19, of 20 Loafers Bluff at 9:38 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of New York Avenue for driving with the passenger’s side headlight out.

Following a call reporting possible underage drinking at 315 Lafayette St., police arrested Ryan C. Perretta, 22, of 248 High St., Morristown, at 12:52 a.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Christopher M. Perretta, 17, also of 248 High St., Morristown, was also arrested for resisting arrest after he attempted to prevent the arrest of Ryan Perretta. Both men were arraigned and released with an appearance ticket.

Karen A. Place, 27, of 1201 Knox St., was ticketed at 9:42 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Patterson and Green Street for following too closely after a two car motor vehicle accident. No injuries were reported.

Decodie T. Adams, 21, of 912 Lake St., was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for residing arrest. He was also ticketed for littering and having an open container. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance, police said. No further details were available.

Police arrested Robert P. Purser, 23, of 1311 Ford St., at 1:03 p.m. Saturday at his home for first degree criminal contempt after he violated a no-harass order. He was arraigned and released under probationary supervision.

Donald W. Copeman, 43, of 255 Belmont Courts, was ticketed at 2:35 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Lafayette and Rosseel Street for having a dog at large.

Police arrested Shawna M. Burnham, 26, of 4003 County Route 6, Hammond, at 10:56 a.m. Monday at the police station for petit larceny. She was released with an appearance ticket.

Police ticketed Amanda L. St. Dennis, 32, of 311 Seymour St., at 3:28 p.m. Monday on the 1000 block of State Street for driving 33 miles per hour in a 20 miles per hour school speed zone.
