CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Nicole L. Harmer, 30, of Potsdam with second-degree criminal contempt Tuesday following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at 9:22 a.m. Tuesday from the town of Potsdam. Harmer was taken into custody at 96 Sissonville Road, arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, troopers said.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 12:54 p.m. Tuesday on Route 11 at 27 Airport Drive. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Chad E. Fellers, 37, of Brushton and Marten N. Tichenor, 24, of North Bangor.
