LOWVILLE Village police on Monday charged a 15-year-old Lowville boy with endangering the welfare of a child.
The boy, whose name was withheld due to his age, was accused of throwing items across the kitchen at a Stowe Street residence and acting violently toward another child under the age of 17 in the household, according to a police release.
The boy and a parent are to appear at Lewis County Probation to answer the charge.
