Brookdale – William D. Quinell, Jr., 69, passed away February 27, 2013, at Canton Potsdam Hospital, with his family by his side. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop, where visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 and funeral services on Saturday at 11 am. Donations in his name can be made to Hospice or your local Animal Shelter.
