Two people were named in grand jury indictments unsealed Thursday in Jefferson County Court alleging they had and sold heroin within the county.

Both pleaded not guilty to the charges at arraignment, with Miss ODette being sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $10,000 bail and bail set for Mr. Graves at $20,000.
