WARRANT - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies picked up Amy I. Fields, 39, of 334 County Route 28A, Ogdensburg, Friday on a bench warrant issued by the town of Oswegatchie Court. Deputies said they observed Fields operating a vehicle in the village of Potsdam, and shewas taken into custody without incident. Fields was additionally charged with second-degree aggravated unlícensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was arraigned in town of Oswegatchie Court and released on her own recognizance. She was released to appear March 15 in Potsdam Village Court on the aggravated unlicensed operation charge.
