DWAI DRUGS - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police charged Shari L. Caza, 50, of Massena with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, harassment, disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration following an investigation into complaint received at 7:01 a.m. Saturday from the town of Louisville. Troopers said Caza was taken into custody at 15121 state Route 37, Louisville, arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Massena-based state police reported Sunday they had charged Mesachach F. Adams, 18, of Potsdam and Alex J. Ploof, 19, of Norwood with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:42 p.m. Feb. 25 following a traffic stop on River Road in the town of Potsdam. Adams was also ticketed for making a u turn on a grade or curve.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police reported Sunday they had charged Katrina M. Bear, 21, of Baldwinsville with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on state Route 37 in the town of Massena.
