FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Zachary A. Fanion, 18, of Cooperstown for failed to yield the right of way on a left turn at 1:21 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Main Street. Police said Fanion failed to yield the right of way to a vehicle on Main Street when he was turning left onto Park Street.



FRAUDULENT MEANS - POTSDAM - Village police charged Evan R. Tougas, 18, of Milton, Vt., with attempting to obtain alcohol by fraudulent means at 8:34 p.m. Saturday at CJ’s Kegs Cases and More, Market Street, Seacomm Plaza. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable Wednesday in Potsdam Village Court. Polie allege Tougas attemped to buy alcohol with a fake ID.



NO SEATBELT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Abraham T. White, 17, of Canton for failure to wear his seatbelt at 10:50 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

1131 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to SUNY Potsdam for a person suffering a possible allergic reaction.

1152 Sunoco turned in a debit card that was left at their location on Market Street.

1303 A Toyota key was found on Market Street.

1545 Report of a Domestic on Main Street. Patrols dispatched.

1658 Report of a suicidal person. Subject located and transported to Claxton Hepburn Hospital for evaluation.

2034 Patrol responded to CJ’s for a possible fake ID, Arrest made

2043 Traffic stop on Sandstone Drive. Verbal warning issued.

2045 Traffic stop in Sunoco parking lot. Verbal warning issued.

2232 Traffic stop on Elm Street. Verbal warning issued.

2250 Traffic stop on Cedar Street. Ticket issued.
