MASSENA - The Massena Memorial Hospital Foundation’s “Growing Care Campaign” will provide capital assistance for the Massena Memorial Hospital’s new Medical Office Building. The new 20,000 square foot medical office building will provide incoming and current physicians with much needed space. The building will be home to hospital clinics as well as private physicians.

SeaComm Federal Credit Union has donated $7,500 in support of the MMH Medical Office Building. “We are extremely pleased to provide Massena Memorial Hospital with our financial support towards their Growing Care Campaign,” said SeaComm President & Chief Executive Officer Scott Wilson. “The hospital is a cornerstone of the greater Massena community and continues to meet the healthcare needs of our friends and neighbors, which is extremely important to us.”

The MMH Medical Office Building is expected to be open spring of 2013. “We appreciate the continued support of SeaComm Federal Credit Union and its many members. This new medical office building is an important piece of providing quality healthcare to our patients. We now have room to accommodate more doctors including our surgical staff, Dr. Suhail Daye and Dr. Rosalind Mariano, as well as neurologist, Dr. Kejian Tang. In addition, we can provide much needed private practice space. It’s a winning combination for the community” Julia Rose, MMH Foundation executive director, said.

The MMH Foundation is a separate, non-profit corporation whose sole purpose is to raise funding for Massena Memorial Hospital.
