SEXUAL MISCONDUCT - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Harley D. Trimm, 18, of Hannawa Falls with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child Friday following an incident reported at 5:31 a.m. March 1 from the town of Pierrepont.

TWO INJURED - ELIZABETHTOWN - High Peaks-based state police said two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 7:46 a.m. Friday on Interstate 87 in the town of Elizabethtown. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Dorothy M. Moore, 59, of Norfolk.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Christopher H. Pettit, 24, of Rooseveltown with second-degree criminal contempt and false personation and ticketed him for a seat belt violation at 4:05 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on state Route 37B in the town of Massena. Bail was set at $100 cash.

DWI - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Jonathan J. Miodownick, 27, of Canton with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for a stop sign violation at 3 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on state Route 310 near Finnegan Road.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 6:40 p.m. Friday on County Route 36, near County Route 38, in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Kristin E. Miller, 20, of Madrid.
