RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Devan M. Cooke, 18, of Fort Covington with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest Thursday following an investigation into an incident that took place July 17 in the town of Moira. Troopers said Cooke was Charged Thursday when he was at the St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police headquarters.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Philip N. Barbour, 19, of Malone with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 2:20 p.m. Thursday on County Route 4 in the town of Bombay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - RAYMONDVILLE - Massena-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 7:37 a.m. Thursday on state Route 56, near Route 310, in the town of Norfolk. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Casey L. Littlejohn, 24, of Massena and Laura A. George, 46, of Massena.
